User Data

• Discord User IDs: Used to track XP, levels, and user-specific settings
• Message Activity: Message events trigger XP gain (we do not store message content)
• Server Membership: Guild IDs to maintain per-server configurations

Server Data

• Guild IDs and Names: To identify which servers use the bot
• Channel IDs: For ticket system and configuration
• Role IDs: For custom role management and staff permissions
• Configuration Settings: XP settings, ticket categories, color maps

Web Dashboard Data

• OAuth Tokens: Temporary tokens for Discord login (session-only)
• Login Sessions: Cookies to maintain your login state
• Server Permissions: To verify you can manage servers

• XP System: Track your activity and calculate levels
• Tickets: Create and manage support channels
• Custom Roles: Create and assign roles based on your choices
• Web Dashboard: Allow server managers to configure bot settings
• Service Improvement: Analyze usage patterns to improve features

Your data is stored securely:

• XP data stored in JSON files on secure servers
• Configuration data stored per-server
• Session data stored temporarily and cleared after logout
• No message content is ever stored
• No passwords are stored (we use Discord OAuth)

We do NOT share, sell, or rent your data to third parties.

Data is only shared when:

• Required by law or legal process
• Necessary to protect our rights or safety
• With Discord (per their API requirements)

You have the right to:

• Access: Request what data we have about you
• Deletion: Request deletion of your data
• Correction: Request correction of inaccurate data
• Opt-Out: Stop using the bot at any time

• XP Data: Retained as long as you remain in a server using the bot
• Configuration: Retained while the bot is in your server
• Deleted Data: When you or your server removes the bot, related data is queued for deletion within 30 days
